Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before opening an account, by opening an account with Baby Monthly you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please note you must be over the age of 18 to open an account with Baby Monthly. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or accepting an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website. These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract regulations. You’re welcome to print or store these terms for your own records, please note these can be changed at any time without prior notice, do check them regularly.

Baby Monthly own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the Baby Monthly website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.

Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the homepage. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions and accounts on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Every effort is made to keep the website online and operating smoothly. However, Baby Monthly assumes no responsibility, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control. Please report any technical issues you may come across to the contact information at the bottom of this document.

As a seller, you will have access to the Baby Monthly support forum. Please note, the support forum is confidential and specifically there to support our vendors – any information found on the support forum is not to be passed onto anybody who is not a user.

If anybody is found to be in breach of these terms, their shop will be immediately terminated.


Items to be sold on Baby Monthly must be handmade or sourced by you. Downloadable items are not to be sold via Baby Monthly, only physical items are permitted.

Accurate descriptions are to be written for each item listed, you, the seller, are responsible for ensuring clarity and truth in the descriptions. Descriptions need to detailed, clear and contain all of the necessary information, including colour, size, material and any safety or allergy information (if applicable).

We provide a comprehensive sellers support so you have all the information you need to setup your shop and list products correctly.  Baby Monthly are not responsible for any inaccurate listings or missing settings by the seller.

Please upload high quality, clear and professional photos to accompany your listing to allow customers to view your product. By uploading photos you agree to allow Baby Monthly to use these images on the website, and allow press/affiliations (with our prior content) to use your images for advertising purposes.

If your items require further regulations to be compliant, such as CE Testing, Cosmetic Safety Assessment, Food Hygiene Certificates, please clearly state this in your description that you hold the relevant documents and are fully compliant. You may be asked to provide proof of these documents upon opening a shop with Baby Monthly.

Items that infringe copyright or trademark of another person cannot be sold. Any items found will be deleted without notice to avoid implications for all involved. The seller of the restricted item will be informed of the reasoning for deletion and will be monitored to ensure no further infringements. This including copyrighted wording in your descriptions and titles.


Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If you notice an error or inaccuracy with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you are selling, please contact the buyer immediately. This is to inform them of the correct price of the goods, and to ask them if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Any special offers must have a clear displayed end date.

Payment to Baby Monthly

PayPal is our payment method – you can pay with your PayPal account, or by card through that system. To pay by card, you don’t need to have an account with PayPal to purchase.

In accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations, your payment for opening your shop will not be refunded once it has been paid for as you will have entered into a service contract, providing the service is available as soon as payment is received. If you choose the end your rental period early, no payment will be refunded by Baby Monthly.

Payment to the seller from customers

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be between you and the customer.

Your acceptance of the customer’s order brings into existence a legally binding contract between you both in accordance with your terms & conditions.


You are responsible for shipping your items in a timely manner in accordance with your shops terms & conditions.

Your shipping and delivery information should be clearly stated on the product listing, and customers must be informed of any expected delays.

Any queries from customers regarding shipping will be directed to you as the seller.

Baby Monthly is not responsible for the shipping of your items.


Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, the customer’s right to cancel begins from the moment they place their order, up to 14 working days after receiving their order. Their right to cancel is unconditional.

If they wish to return an item, they should notify you in writing (email is fine). You should then process their return.

You must be compliant with the current Consumer Contract Regulations, which includes – but is not limited to – providing your business terms & conditions and business address so they are visible to customers.

Baby Monthly have a specific facility for you to place your terms & conditions when setting up your shop.
